Communciations/Conferences

Our two main sources of communication will be through our website: stmaryk12.net/res and Jtext/Jcalls. Other communication will be in the form of flyers, notes, or possibly a post on our Facebook page. Like us on Facebook: RES.

HOMEWORK CHART A homework chart will be sent home weekly with test dates and homework for the week. Please look for this in their folder.

CONDUCT CHART A conduct chart will go home daily to keep you informed on student behavior according to our school-wide discipline policy. The conduct sheet should be signed and returned daily.

 Parent/Teacher conferences are the cornerstones for a successful school year for your child and yourself. Please keep in contact with your child’s teacher, regardless of the progress of your child. This will let your child know that you are serious about his/her education. To set up a conference, call the school and the secretary will assist you. Your child’s teacher will notify you of his/her times at which he/she is available for conferences. For parent/teacher conference days, your child’s teacher will contact you to set up a time to meet. If a conference is not needed at that time, the teacher may not set up a time with you. If you as the parent feel one is needed, you may call and schedule a time. If concerns are not resolved, make an appointment with an administrator. We want to foster good parent/teacher relationships by synergizing for the well-being of your child. Parent/Teacher Conference Dates: September 13, November 11, and February 8.
