The Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) has released the 2026 LEAP assessment results, and St. Mary Parish Public Schools students improved districtwide in every tested content area. Raintree Elementary School has earned the prestigious Top Gains designation for showing exceptional growth on state assessments. To receive this honor, schools must demonstrate growth that surpasses the state's pre-determined growth goals.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Raintree’s teacher of the year, Mrs. Renata Colar! 

Mrs. Colar teaches 4th grade Math and Science.  She is a fabulous teacher and wonderful asset to our school!

Raintree Elementary is proud to announce our 2025-2026 Student of the Year nominees, Carleigh, Jaython, and Aubrey!  These 5th graders are beyond amazing and we wish them all the best of luck!

Raintree Elementary is a proud Eat, Move, Grow school.  We received a check for completing numerous activities last year and will use it to purchase new equipment for the gym.  Go Eagles!!!
